Down a quiet road in Mount Emily lies Wild Rocket, a blast of culinary creativity in an otherwise quiet part of town. Revered for his culinary talent and entrepreneurial prowess, Chef Willin Low left a desk job as a lawyer to open up his own restaurant, Wild Rocket, where he seeks inspiration from local Singaporean food to create a genre of food which he calls "Mod Sin" (modern Singaporean).
With bright white walls, beautiful hardwood floors, and large expansive windows that overlook the natural greenery outside, the restaurant offers a sunny, bright ambience for diners to enjoy Modern European food infused with the robust flavours of local fare.
