Revered for his culinary talent and entrepreneurial prowess, Chef Willin Low left a desk job as a lawyer to open up his own restaurant, Wild Rocket, where he seeks inspiration from local Singaporean food to create a genre of food which he calls "Mod Sin" (modern Singaporean).
