Perched away on Fort Canning hill, Gattapardo invites diners to retreat into its elegant yet simple space within the colonial architecture of Hotel Fort Canning. At lunchtime, the sunlit interior and slim timber screens, overlooking the lush greenery of Fort Canning, offer what feels like a temporary escape to the Mediterranean coast. The menu features specialty handmade pastas, as well as gourmet pizzas baked in the restaurant’s wood-fire oven.

We love Gattopardo's focus on serving incredibly fresh seafood. When we order the pesce alla griglia, we can actually visit Gattopardo's seafood counter and select our fish for the chef to grill. The menu also features fish cooked in other ways, including the Atlantic bacalao, which is desalted and fried with fresh fava beans and tomato, and the Mediterranean sea bass fillet, which is broiled and served with Bronte's special pistachio sauce.

Gattopardo is proud to announce their 2nd birthday on May 22nd, as well as launching their al fresco area during a Charity dinner. There will be paintings from the children exhibited on the terrace, and some animations too.
