At Caffe B, diners can enjoy Italian classics, such as insalata caprese (tomato, mozzarella, olive oil, and basil) and spaghetti vongole (pasta with clams in white wine sauce), or savour innovative renditions of Italian classics, like pappardelle with Wagyu beef bolognese or black squid ink tonnarelli with sea urchin and eggplant.

The dining room combines the sleek lines of modern furniture and the curves of interior archways with a mix of textured concrete walls and delicately carved Japanese wood screens.
