Tier Bar stands a step apart from it's fellow Sentosa drinking establishments. It eschews the bikinis, socialites and sea views and plumps for something much more fundamental - booze. It's the only place we know that does apty named Sanctuary Special Mega One Liter Cocktails - giant liter pitchers of classics like Lychee Martini and Singapore Sling that are suitable for 4 to share, or 1 very thirsty individual about to have an adventurous night on Sentosa.
In the discreet garden of the Amara Sanctuary & Spa, better known for removing toxins than providing them, you can enjoy these artisanal drinks by the glass or pitcher. Flanked by giant ferns and the distinct lit facade of Miyake Masaki's Heritage Award winning architecture (by the way he resides in the hotel), Tier is great place for both a quiet drink or a serious pre-game to start your night.
