Tucked away in the lush greenery of Dempsey, The White Rabbit brings romantic, age-old European charm to Singapore. A beautifully restored chapel repurposed as a contemporary restaurant and bar, The White Rabbit serves a charming mix of old world classics like Pot-au-Feu and Beef Cheek Bourguignon, as well as heart-warming favourites like their Lobster Bisque. Another must try is the Roasted Black Free-Range Roast Chicken (prepared tableside!), roasted with truffle slices under its skin, giving it’s blackish bruised appearance. Opt for a booth where you can cozy up to your date, and make sure to order the exquisite white chocolate soufflé in advance, which takes about 20 minutes to prepare.

The restaurant's extensive wine list consists of wine that only they themselves will drink. For something extra special, ask for something that’s not on it! If wine is not your thing, choose one of their creative cocktails, available in its al fresco bar The Rabbit Hole, making The White Rabbit the perfect spot for a night cap with friends. (Oct 2012)
