Tuck into an impressive array of sushi and sashimi, and an international seafood selection of freshly-shucked oysters, slipper lobsters, prawns, crabs and mussels. Foie gras lovers will delight in the pan-fried foie gras prepared a-la-minute and served with various chutneys. Taking centrestage at the "live" carving station is the Wagyu beef rump and Gammon ham on the bone.
