What is the world's "top" brewery? Standing at 156 meters above ground level, LeVeL33 literally rises above all breweries as the world's first microbrewery installed at the penthouse of a skyscraper. Located on the 33rd floor of Marina Bay Financial Centre, the restaurant houses 8,000 kg of state-of-the-art microbrewery equipment in a spacious restaurant featuring breathtaking panoramic views of the city and waterfront, as well as a large 1,600-square foot outdoor terrace.
The relaxing décor reflects clean, modern lines, as well as warm leather and woods that blend nicely with the copper-coloured brewery. The restaurant offers hearty, unpretentious European fare, like the chargrilled back & belly, which is carved from 200 days aged Stockyard sirloin, and the Ploughman's board, which offers a shareable portion of mix-cured meats, pates, rillettes, and pickles.
As for beverages, LeVeL33's four signature craft beers (33.1 Blond Lager, 33.2 Pale Ale, 33.3 Stout and 33.4 House Porter) anchor the menu, but there is also a refreshing selection of cocktails and boutique wines for non-beer lovers, making LeVeL33 an ideal destination to relax, unwind, and enjoy the spectacular Singapore skyline. "It's a new concept to embrace – fine beer and fine dining all at once." -Asia Tatler Dining
"From its perch 156 meters above ground level, the hip LeVeL33 atop the iridescent Marina Bay Financial Centre affords unrivalled views of the entire Marina Bay enclave." -CNNGo.com
"The presentation is superb, the portions generous by local standards, the carbon count in their beers is under control, and the view still one of the best in the Bay." -Time Out Singapore
We love LeVeL33's casual approach to the penthouse dining experience. Begin your wind-down for the weekend at LeVeL33's Saturday Lazy Lunch! Served until 3pm, feel free to take your time to enjoy stunning view of Marina Bay while tucking in to the wide variety of Modern European delicacies and washing it all down with signature craft beers and beer-infused mojitos. If we can't make it to LeVeL33 on Saturday, there's always the Sunday Roast, where we can enjoy a robust portion of slow-roasted 120 day aged grain-fed beef. In true English-roast tradition, this dish comes with freshly made Yorkshire pudding and oven-baked pumpkin, carrots, and red onion.
On all the other days of the week, we struggle to decide between the Beef (a wood-fired "bone in" fillet topped with gratinated gorgonzola) or the Lamb (tenderly roasted loin marinated in white balsamic). While the meat is supposed to be the centerpiece in each of these dishes, we can't help but focus on the sides: the truffled russet puree (comes with the beef) or the walnut russet puree (comes with the lamb). We definitely love our carbs at Chope! You can't go wrong in either case -- both these dishes pair well with a pint of freshly brewed ice cold beer.
Finally, we suggest leaving room for one of LeVeL33's many desserts. We love to end with the Pastry dessert, a hand-rolled filo samosa that is filled with cardamom honey chocolate and served with lemon and cumin mascarpone – an exotically spiced finale that is truly unique to LeVeL33. (Jul 2011)

"Condiments! Yes, the presentation is superb, the portions generous by local standards, the carbon count in their beers is under control, and the view still one of the best in the Bay. But it's the humble sauces that steal the show. The made-in-house blonde lager tomato ketchup served with the all-day breakfast ($25++) has an instantly satisfying zest when taken with the blocky duck-fat chips. And the beef gravy, with a choice of three roasts (grain-fed beef, whole roast chicken, Scottish salmon, $38++) has a wickedly addictive depth of flavour. Service can be – yawn – a bit dizzy, but otherwise this a spacious, elegant and relaxed space to throw away a Sunday. Sharing options for groups are available from $125++ for the Australian lamb shoulder, including mixed vegetables. "
