With a generous selection of cuisine from both the East and West, Le Tonkin's menu can satisfy a variety of cravings, with both French dishes, like cheese soufflé and duck confit, and traditional Vietnamese dishes like, like marinated sebass ("Cha Ca La Vong") and wok-fried beef tenderloin ("Bu Luc Lac").
