Element’s award-winning executive and pastry chefs will delight even the pickiest of food connoisseurs with its mouth-watering spread of international cuisine and live stations. Grilled-to-order succulent lobsters, juicy steaks and even a live Teppanyaki station are available alongside freshly sliced sashimi. Conveniently located in Amara Hotel in the Central Business District, it’s a fantastic place to get together with your co-workers to enjoy a hearty meal where there’s something for everyone.

Why is it called “Element” you might be asking? Fusing together Asian themes of the five elements of Chinese astrology – Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth into its design, Element’s minimalist but contemporary interior is a welcome oasis from the hustle and bustle outside. The macarons also follow an Asian theme with flavours like lemongrass and yam. With their al fresco area opening soon, Element may just be the perfect spot to take a break in the middle of a workday, or relax at the end of the day. (Apr 2012)
