For those in the mood for a feast, Café Brio's may be the ideal destination. Although the restaurant offers an à la carte menu, the buffet is the centerpiece of the restaurant's dining experience. From sushi to salad to local cuisine, the buffet features a truly international assortment of food.

The brightly lit dining space is open to the hotel lobby, as well as expansive windows facing the Singapore River. In fact, you might just catch one of the antique-style Singapore River cruise boats passing by as you dine, adding some welcome charm to a casual, buffet dining experience. (Nov 2011)

Café Brio's buffet features a generous selection of food, which was nice as we had a rich variety of local and international delights to choose from. Our favourites include the Satay Bee Hoon which is made to order. Served in a large bowl with a richly spiced, peanut-flavoured broth, we carefully spooned out every last drop before wiping our mouths clean.

For a nice way to end your meal, save room for the fine selection of desserts, which includes pastries created by an award-winning pastry chef. Among the desserts, the warm Bread Pudding was especially delicious, served with a generous scoop of ice cream, in a variety of different flavours. (Nov 2011)
